==Directions==
<b>1</b>. Open the Microsoft Entourage Program.<br>
<b>2</b>. Pull down the Tools menu and select "Run Schedule", then select "Edit Schedules". A new window will open.<br>
<b>3</b>. Double click on the Send & Receive All item in the Name column. A new window will open.<br>
<b>4</b>. Under "When", pull down the first menu on the left and select Repeating Schedule. New options will appear.<br>
