The following form is used to change your password for email, WebCT, wireless, and other account access. This form must be turned in or faxed to the Help Desk. The form must be accompanied by a form of photo identification. If you call the Help Desk to change the password, you will be asked to come in person with photo ID. Help Desk staff can only change mail.uri.edu passwords. The etal and postoffice requests received by the Help Desk are still faxed over to Tyler.
