Where to Return Equipment
Equipment must be returned at CMA's main office in the Lower Level of the Library in LL4 (the Computer Lab), unless another agreed location is coordinated by CMA staff.
When to Return Equipment
The return time will be coordinated by CMA staff. Upon requesting equipment(see), a requested return time must be given. The requested return time may be affected by current equipment demand.
FILM MEDIA Video Equipment returns
Return times must be requested Monday – Friday, 9AM – 3pm, since Equipment TRANSACTIONS are limited to the following hours.

The following are notes about the service level agreement regarding return of equipment:
- Not returning equipment as scheduled places the user at risk for non-availability for their already booked reservation.
- Repeated abuse of equipment returns will result in loss of equipment privileges. The department chair will be contacted if the instructor fails to return equipment more than twice in a semester.
- If failure to return equipment results in its loss through negligence, that instructor will lose privileges for the remainder of the semester.

The following is a list of FILM MEDIA Video Equipment Policies and Procedures regarding the return of equipment:
- Video Equipment can be requested for three days, including cameras, tripod, microphone and lights.
- It is the users responsibility to inspect the condition of your equipment loan before leaving CMA. If the users find equipment damaged or missing parts, they must notify CMA staff before they leave with the gear. They are responsible for equipment they have borrowed. Users will be required to pay for any REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT COSTS arising from loss or damage to equipment that you have borrowed.
- Penalties: $25 for each day equipment is overdue .Afteroverdue. After 30 days you will be charged REPLACEMENT COSTS for the loaned equipment. in addition to any LATE FEES.
- Facility and equipment PRIVILEGES WILL BE SUSPENDED until satisfactory arrangements are made for payment of all fines and charges.
