How to Schedule
1. Call the Help Desk at 874-HELP.
2. Request a virus clinic or diagnostic appointment.
Semester Hours
Virus Clinic
Mon - Thu: 6-9pm (3 appointments)
Saturday: 11-2pm (2 appointments)
Sunday: 2-5pm (2 appointments)
Diagnostics
Monday: 4pm & 5pm (1 appointment each)
Tuesday: 3pm, 4pm, & 5pm (1 appointment each)
Wednesday: 4pm & 5pm (1 appointment each)
Thursday: 3pm, 4pm, & 5pm (1 appointment each)
Note, if you are scheduled for 6-9pm, please arrive at 6pm, no later. If you fail to show up twice your appointment will be canceled.
Users MUST Bring In The Following
- Peripheral cords for desktop machines if they do not use standard adapters.
- Power cords for laptop machines
- Operating System CD's
- Driver CD's
Notes
- Bring a book or other item to stay occupied. Clinics often take between one and three hours. Users may not leave their computers during a clinic.
- There is a limit of three virus clinic appointments per evening. Therefore, you may have to schedule a clinic at a later date.
- Virus clinics are quickly booked for weeks at a time during the start of the fall semester.
