After you have created your blog and set it up for podcasting (as explained here), you are ready to post a podcast. From your main blog page, after you have logged in, click the + symbol to create a new entry. Enter your title and check the Podcast box.
Click the Browse button and select the file you wish to upload. Then click Create. Add any additional text as needed and click Save in the upper right.
